Role: Area Manager – Academics

Role Overview The Area Manager – Academics is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enhancing academic programs across partner schools within the assigned region. The role ensures effective curriculum delivery, supports teacher development, and drives improved learning outcomes through structured monitoring, training, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Program Implementation

- Lead the implementation of curriculum, digital platforms, assessments, and lab programs across schools
- Ensure alignment with academic standards and learning objectives
- Monitor classroom practices and effective use of teaching tools and methodologies

2. Teacher Training & Development

- Plan and deliver training sessions, workshops, and academic orientations
- Support teachers in adopting digital tools and modern teaching practices
- Provide ongoing mentoring to improve instructional quality

3. School Relationship Management

- Act as the primary academic contact for school leadership
- Build robust relationships with principals, coordinators, and teachers
- Address academic concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner

4. Academic Monitoring & Quality Assurance

- Conduct classroom observations and academic audits
- Analyse assessment data and platform usage to identify improvement areas
- Share actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders

5. Resource & Operations Coordination

- Ensure availability and effective use of academic resources and materials
- Support smooth execution of assessments,



LMS/ERP systems, and reporting processes
- Track timelines and ensure adherence to academic plans

6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Prepare regular reports on academic performance and school visits
- Share best practices and improvement plans with internal teams
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall academic outcomes

Required Skills

- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Experience in teacher training, curriculum delivery, or academic operations
- Proficiency with LMS, ERP systems, and digital learning tools
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple schools and priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel (10–15 days per month)

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education, Science, or related field
- B.Ed/M.Ed or equivalent certification preferred

Experience

- Experience in K–12 education, EdTech, or academic program management
- Background in teacher training, classroom observation, or academic audits preferred
- Experience handling multi-school or regional academic operations is an advantage

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
