About the Role

We are looking for an Area Field Executive to handle property visits and field activities within assigned areas of Bengaluru.

The main responsibility is to visit properties available for sale or rent, take clear photos and videos, collect basic property information, and share the details with our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties within assigned areas.
- Take transparent and presentable photos of properties available for sale or rent.
- Capture photos of rooms, interiors, exteriors, parking areas, frontage, and other important spaces.
- Take short property videos when required.
- Collect basic property details such as location, property type, size, price/rent, and availability.




- Coordinate with property owners or representatives during property visits.
- Share photos, videos, and property details with the Zorba Estates team through WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding property access and visit schedules.
- Maintain accurate property information.
- Complete assigned field visits on time.

Requirements
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–4 years of experience.
- Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone camera and WhatsApp.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
