Financial Planning & Analysis

- Analyze L&S; product-level financial performance against budget, forecast, and KPIs, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, scenarios, and models to support short- and long-term planning and investment decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior periods, providing transparent, data-driven explanations of performance movements.
- Translate operational and commercial drivers into actionable financial insights to support decision-making by product and finance stakeholders.

Global Collaboration

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, CX, FinOps, Sales, and Controllers to ensure alignment between financial outcomes and operational performance.
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to drive consistency in assumptions, insights, and financial narratives across L&S; products.




- Support stakeholder discussions by providing relevant financial insights and contributing to informed decision-making.

Reporting & Performance Management

- Support the Maersk Way of performance management through contribution to Visual Management System (VMS) analysis.
- Provide structured performance insights to highlight gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in structured problem-solving sessions, leveraging data and financial analysis to address business challenges.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance, with clear and concise communication tailored to stakeholder needs.
