- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit
- Positive understanding of BIM modelling and documentation
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural/faade drawings
- GCC project experience is preferred
- Experience working with international project standards is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection is preferred
- Good understanding of LOD, BIM standards and coordination workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines
