About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our architectural team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, working drawings, construction detailing, and UDCPR , with the ability to translate architectural designs into accurate and technically coordinated drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings for residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, staircase details, toilet details, door/window schedules, and construction details .
- Prepare drawings as per UDCPR, local development regulations, and applicable building norms .
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants .
- Prepare drawings for submission, approval, and execution at site .
- Incorporate design revisions and ensure drawings are updated and properly coordinated.
- Assist architects in developing projects from concept/design stage to working drawing and execution stage .
- Visit sites when required and coordinate with the site team to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, and documentation .

Required Skills




- 1–2 years of experience in an architectural/engineering consultancy or construction firm.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD .
- Strong understanding of architectural working drawings and construction detailing .
- Good working knowledge of UDCPR and development control regulations.
- Ability to understand architectural plans and convert them into accurate execution drawings .
- Good knowledge of building construction and materials .
- Ability to coordinate drawings and identify dimensional/technical discrepancies.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Experience with residential, commercial, redevelopment, or high-rise projects .
- Familiarity with Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) regulations and approval procedures will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of structural and MEP coordination .

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is not just an AutoCAD operator, but a technically strong draughtsman who understands how a building is actually constructed and can produce clear, accurate, and site-executable working drawings .

Candidates with strong UDCPR knowledge and good working-drawing skills will be given preference
