Role Description

- The Architectural Draftsperson will work on detailed architectural and construction drawings for luxury residential and hospitality projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design concepts and technical standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating design sketches into working drawings, coordinating with architects and project managers, updating plans based on feedback, and maintaining drawing documentation and version control. The role also involves supporting planning activities, preparing layouts, and collaborating with site teams to resolve drawing-related queries.



This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, requiring close coordination with the local office and project teams.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and accurate plans, drawings and 3D model as required
- Foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning concepts, including space planning, materials, and building regulations.
- Competence in technical Drawing, including 2D drafting and layout preparation.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with architects, designers, and site teams.
- Prior experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects is an advantage.
