JD Architect (0-3 years)
Assist in concept development and schematic design.
Robust software proficiency (AutoCADD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop)
Prepare working drawings, GFCs, and presentation drawings.
Support material research and vendor coordination.
Conduct site visits and assist in site documentation.
Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and codes.
Assist in preparing project documentation.
