Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, drawings, and 3D visualizations for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams, refining designs based on feedback, preparing detailed construction documents, and supporting space planning and interior design integration.

The role involves collaborating with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained through execution, monitoring project progress, and addressing site-related queries.



The Architect will also contribute to materials selection, compliance with local regulations and building codes, and quality checks to deliver projects that align with W Design Studio’s design standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in concept development, space planning, and design detailing.
- Ability to manage Integration of architectural design with interiors, services, and structural systems to deliver cohesive project solutions.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, timelines, documentation, and site supervision.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and collaborative digital platforms (e.g., Revit, CAD, visualization software).
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and registration or eligibility for registration with appropriate professional bodies.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar), and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices, with experience on corporate or commercial interior projects preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary studio environment.
- Attention to detail, design sensitivity, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
