Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Jaipur in a full-time capacity, collaborating with clients, engineers, and internal teams to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural concepts and detailed drawings, preparing 2D plans and 3D elevations, and coordinating with construction teams to ensure design intent is accurately executed. The role involves site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks, as well as integrating sustainability elements such as rainwater harvesting and efficient use of materials.

The Architect will contribute to project scheduling, documentation, and coordination meetings,



ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop functional, safe, and visually appealing spaces.
- Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and progress tracking across project phases.
- Knowledge of Integration between design, structural systems, and building services to ensure cohesive and practical project delivery.
- Familiarity with relevant Software Development or design-related software tools (e.g., CAD, 3D modeling) to produce accurate drawings and visualizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic understanding of building codes and standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with clients, consultants, and construction teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and interest in sustainable design practices, including water conservation and effective material use.
