Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and collaborating on interior layouts for residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include meeting clients to understand requirements, coordinating with design and project teams, and ensuring that plans meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and aesthetic goals.

The role involves reviewing project progress on-site, resolving design and construction issues,



and aligning drawings and specifications with budget and timelines. The Architect will also work with 3D visualizers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural plans and interior, structural, and MEP designs to ensure seamless execution.
- Familiarity with Software Development concepts is a plus for integrating design workflows with digital tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and 3D visualization tools and 2D drafting is must.
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and approval processes in Gurugram/Delhi NCR.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to visit project sites regularly.
