Role Description The Architect (Contract) will work remotely and be responsible for designing parking-related architectural solutions that align with HPIPL’s smart, sustainable infrastructure goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing architectural concepts and layouts for parking systems and facilities, preparing detailed drawings and technical documentation, and collaborating with engineering and software teams to ensure seamless integration of automated and digital components.

The role involves coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements,



refining designs based on feedback, and supporting implementation with clear design specifications. The Architect will also contribute to optimizing space utilization, safety, and user experience across diverse environments such as residential complexes, commercial spaces, and transportation hubs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, structural coordination, and preparation of technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to coordinating architectural designs with automated and digital parking systems.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and overseeing architectural deliverables within timelines.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; prior experience in infrastructure, mobility, or industrial/commercial projects is an advantage.
