Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Architect will support concept development, schematic design, and detailed architectural design for a variety of projects, ensuring solutions are both innovative and compliant with local codes and regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating design documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and other building systems.





The role involves participating in client meetings, refining design proposals based on feedback, and contributing to presentations and reports. The Architect will also assist in monitoring project progress, helping to align design deliverables with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into coherent, buildable solutions.
- Experience with integration of multidisciplinary inputs (e.g., structural, MEP, façade systems) into architectural designs.
- Competence in project coordination and basic Project Management tasks, including organizing deliverables and tracking design milestones.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, collaborate effectively in diverse teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, design sensitivity, problem-solving skills, and an interest in contemporary urban design and sustainable architecture.
