We connect patients from the Middle East, Africa, CIS countries and South Asia with India's leading hospitals, including Apollo, Max Healthcare, Fortis and Yashoda, and guide them through every step, from the first enquiry to treatment and their protected return home.

The Role

We are looking for an Arabic Translator who will be the voice of Cure to Heal for Arabic-speaking patients and their families. You will handle enquiries, translate medical communication, and build trust with patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to enquiries from Arabic-speaking patients via calls, WhatsApp, email and social media leads
- Translate medical reports, treatment plans, cost estimates and hospital communication between Arabic and English
- Coordinate with hospital international desks and doctors on patient cases, opinions and quotations
- Explain treatment options, costs, visa process and travel arrangements clearly to patients and families
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed patient arrivals
- Support patients during their stay in India through hospital visits,



doctor consultations and discharge
- Keep lead and patient records updated in our CRM
- Translate marketing content, ad copy and website content into Arabic when needed

Requirements

- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and good English; Hindi is a plus
- Familiarity with medical terminology, or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong communication, patience and empathy when dealing with patients
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, email, MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Prior experience in medical tourism, hospital international patient services, healthcare, or tele-calling is an advantage
- Graduate in any discipline

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
