AR Caller / Payment Posting Executive
Experience
- Prior experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing preferred
- Experience in AR Calling and/or Payment Posting
- Candidates with relevant healthcare RCM experience are encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling for US healthcare accounts
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments
- Analyze claim status, denials, rejections, and underpayments
- Perform payment posting accurately and within timelines
- Maintain proper documentation and update account/claim information
- Meet assigned productivity and quality targets
Requirements
- Good knowledge of US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing
- Positive verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of AR processes
- Ability to work effectively in a US shift
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
