We are looking for experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Associates with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our growing team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Follow up on outstanding insurance claims to reduce AR days and improve collections.

✅ Manage claim denials by identifying root causes, correcting errors, and resubmitting claims.

✅ Communicate effectively with insurance companies and healthcare providers regarding claim status, denials, appeals, and payment discrepancies.

✅ Review and prioritize AR aging reports for timely account follow-up.

✅ Maintain accurate documentation of actions, communications, and account status updates.

✅ Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and US healthcare regulations.

✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to claims, denials, and collections performance.
