Applied AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to build and improve AI systems, LLM applications, and agent-based workflows for our products.

Responsibilities

- Build AI models, LLM applications, and agent-based systems.
- Develop RAG, retrieval, orchestration, and evaluation pipelines.
- Build AI APIs, services, and lightweight applications.
- Work with product, backend, frontend, and security teams.
- Test, evaluate, and improve AI model performance.
- Research and experiment with new AI tools and frameworks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Robust Python skills.
- Good understanding of ML, LLMs, and transformer architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.




- Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
- Familiarity with LLMOps, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Antigravity, or GitHub Copilot.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have
- OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or Ollama.
- LangGraph or agent orchestration frameworks.
- Pinecone or similar vector databases.
- React or Next.js.
- Multimodal AI / VLM experience.
- Open-source or research experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
