You will provide technical expertise for small to medium, complex projects and initiatives related to the implementation and support of application and/or infrastructure technology in a multi-platform environment. Analysis & Support: Coordinate and execute implementation plans. Monitor and analyze supported services to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions. Your critical thinking skills help inform your decision-making,



and you notice things that others might miss.

Works closely with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications. Partners with project managers and product owners to align technical deliverables with business priorities. As a key contributor to the business unit, this job has the authority to recommend changes to business processes in order to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience: 5+ years of experience 5+ years of experience in production application support, working with technologies such as Java/J2EE, APIs, secure file transfer, Feedhub, and batch scheduling. ~ Skilled in defining and implementing changes to production applications and familiar with environments like CaaS, shell scripting, Oracle Databases, Autosys, version control, Agile/DevOps, and middleware (JBoss, Weblogic, or Websphere). ~ Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux RedHat, Unix Solaris, basic network troubleshooting, and secure file transfer protocols. ~ Experience with tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, or other DevOps tools is an asset. ~ Ensure the smooth execution of changes by following established implementation processes. ~ Gather requirements, validate readiness, and coordinate with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely deployments. ~ Manage end-to-end deployment activities, including securing approvals, tracking statuses, conducting pre-deployment validations, and ensuring proper handovers for testing. Maintain accurate documentation, engage backup teams as needed, and keep stakeholders informed, ensuring deployment quality, risk mitigation, and successful project delivery.
