What you’ll need to bring:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree – Engineering / Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.
- Experience in Application Support and Technical Support.
- Robust analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with trading platforms and financial services.
- Very strong experience with SQL.
- Hands-on with scripting languages - preferably Python but bash will also do.
- Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.
- Battle-tested production monitoring experience in a D2C environment with at least 40-50k users daily.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
