Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- Experience with SharePoint Online customization, including web parts, workflows, and integration with other Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online and its components.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration within the Microsoft 365 setting.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
