- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and operational efficiency through innovative approaches.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate incident response activities to ensure timely resolution and communication.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends and implementing preventive measures. Professional & Technical Skills:
