AIOps & Event Correlation Key Responsibilities

Administer and support Splunk Enterprise platform including forwarders, indexing, clustering, upgrades, and performance tuning.

Design and implement ITSI services, KPIs, service health dashboards, Glass Tables, and correlation searches.

Develop SPL queries, reports, alerts, and executive dashboards.

Implement end-to-end observability for infrastructure, applications, metrics, logs, and traces.

Integrate monitoring solutions with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.

Perform root cause analysis, alert optimization, event correlation, and proactive monitoring.

Support incident, problem, and change management processes.

Drive automation and observability improvements to reduce MTTR and improve service reliability.
