- Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application deployment and scaling.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools related to Kubernetes environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and network configurations.
