Urgent Opening – APPLICATION ENGINEER (VMC) | Rajkot

We are looking for a technically solid and customer-focused Application Engineer – VMC to handle machine application trials, component prove-outs, cycle time estimation, and tooling/fixture solutions!

Role Overview

Position: Application Engineer – VMC

Experience: 2–5 Years (Experience in CNC/VMC machine tools, application engineering, machining, or production preferred)

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Location: Rajkot

Key Responsibilities

Application Trials & Prove-Outs: Conduct machining trials (milling, drilling, tapping, load testing) and perform component prove-outs as per customer specifications.

Cycle Time & Tooling Solutions: Estimate cycle times and suggest suitable Jigs & Fixtures tailored to customer component requirements.

Technical & Tender Support: Support tender machine job prove-outs during PDI, verify machine specifications against IOP requirements, and demonstrate machine capabilities.

Customer & Service Assistance: Provide technical troubleshooting support for application-related issues both remotely and during customer site visits.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Service,



and Production teams to prepare trial results and ensure smooth machine acceptance.

Candidate Requirements

Strong expertise in VMC Machine Applications and machining processes.

In-depth knowledge of Cutting Tools, tool selection, machining parameters, and cycle time estimation.

Hands-on understanding of Jigs & Fixtures, component drawings, and technical documentation.

Excellent problem-solving, customer-handling, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
