About the Program

At Thinknovaa, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring application developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to build practical applications, strengthen your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

What You’ll Do

Build Real Applications: Design and develop functional applications based on real-world requirements and use cases.

Develop Application Features: Create user interfaces, forms, navigation, authentication, dashboards, and other application features.

Work with Programming Languages: Use technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, Dart, or other relevant programming languages depending on the project.

Integrate APIs: Connect applications with REST APIs, third-party services, databases, and other external systems.

Work with Databases: Store, retrieve, and manage application data using databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or similar technologies.

Debug & Test: Identify bugs, troubleshoot application issues, perform functional testing, and improve application stability.

Improve User Experience: Build intuitive interfaces and optimize applications for usability, responsiveness, and performance.

Collaborate & Deploy: Work with the team on real projects, use Git/GitHub for version control,



and gain exposure to application deployment and maintenance.

Who You Are

Passionate about application development and eager to learn—no specific degree required.

Comfortable with programming fundamentals and basic problem-solving concepts.

Familiar with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, Dart, or similar.

Have a basic understanding of databases, APIs, and application development concepts.

Bonus points: If you have experience with Android Studio, Flutter, React Native, Firebase, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, or have previously built applications or personal projects.

Curious, logical, driven, and comfortable asking questions, solving problems, and learning new technologies.
