ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Application Developer Intern, you will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. You will gain practical exposure to application development concepts, programming, databases, APIs, debugging, testing, version control, and deployment workflows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in developing and maintaining software applications.
- Write clean, structured, and reusable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
- Develop application features based on project requirements.
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, update, and manage application data.
- Integrate and test APIs and third-party services.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
- Perform functional and basic performance testing of applications.
- Collaborate with developers and team members using Git/GitHub.




- Participate in code reviews and implement technical feedback.
- Maintain project documentation and development-related records.
- Support application deployment and updates when required.
- Participate in project evaluations and contribute to continuous improvements.

ELIGIBILITY

- Open to applicants from all educational and professional backgrounds.
- Strong interest in application development and software engineering.
- Willingness to learn programming concepts and development tools.
- Ability to work on practical projects and meet assigned deadlines.
- Availability for a three-month, full-time remote internship.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Basic knowledge of any programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, or similar.
- Understanding of basic software development concepts.
- Basic knowledge of databases and APIs.
- Familiarity with application development frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub is preferred.
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and logical-thinking skills.
- Explicit communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
