About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB) to lead technical delivery for integration squad assignments. You will take technical ownership of integration solutions, mentor team members, and drive best practices across enterprise integration architecture, while working closely with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of squad assignments

- Take technical ownership and responsibility for the squad's integration solutions

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB)

- Drive implementation of integration patterns, APIs, messaging solutions, data transformations, and event-driven architectures

- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities

- Ensure adherence to CI/CD practices and development standards

- Collaborate effectively with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders

- Mentor team members and drive technical decision-making

- Work in a structured manner and consistently deliver within agreed timelines

- Provide support coverage extending to 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM as needed

Required Qualifications





- 6-9 years of total and relevant experience in enterprise integration development

- Senior-level technical leadership and delivery ownership experience

- Proven experience leading technical teams or integration squads

- Strong expertise in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB)

- Deep understanding of enterprise integration architecture and best practices

- Experience with deployment automation, support, and troubleshooting of complex integrations

- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Ability to mentor team members and drive technical decisions

- Willingness to support extended hours (until 7:30-8:00 PM) as needed

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Backend development experience in one or more of:

- .NET

- Java

- Python

- Go

- Node.js

- Band Level: 7B

- Client Interview: Face-to-face interview required at IBM location, based on account request
