Apparel Production & Technical Executive:

We are looking for a hands-on Apparel Production & Technical Specialist with deep factory-floor experience to bridge our design concepts with large-scale manufacturing execution.

We already have a dedicated creative design team; we need someone who speaks the language of factories, understands garment construction inside-out, and can ensure that tech packs translate flawlessly into high-quality production pieces. If you have spent time on the production floor dealing with fabric behaviour, stitching standards, quality audits, and technical specifications, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Tech Pack Translation &

• Management: Create, review, refine, and detail tech packs to ensure clarity for manufacturing partners and production floors.
- Production &

- Floor Coordination: Work closely with production units and factories to monitor product construction, workmanship, and finishing against approved specifications.
- Fabric &
- Material Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of textiles, fabric processing, fabric treatment and material behaviour to guide production teams on handling and execution.
- Quality &
- Compliance Oversight: Conduct factory/line audits, manage buyer tolerances, identify quality issues, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the vital link between our internal design studio and external/internal manufacturing units to ensure timely execution and adherence to quality standards.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience:



0.5–2 years of hands-on experience working directly in a garment manufacturing unit, export house, or factory floor setting.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile Technology, Textile Chemical Processing, or related fields.
- Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of garment construction, defect analysis, measurement specs, and technical sketching.
- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and technical documentation (tech packs).
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable navigating factory environments and production floors.

Skill Mandatory

- Expert in fabrics + fabrics treatment + fabric processing
- Building relationship with manufacturer and getting products delivered on time
- Do quality checks and identify defects
- Versatile in tech pack creation and review
- Experienced in developing muslin mock-ups and fit samples before moving to final execution

Location: In-office — West Mambalam, Chennai
