About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven App Sales Manager who can grow app installs, active users, and paid subscriptions through sales, partnerships, and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and close partnerships with affiliate networks, influencers, publishers, agencies, media companies, and communities.
- Develop new user-acquisition channels through social media, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, outdoor/offline marketing, referrals, and partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, campaigns, and performance targets with partners.
- Drive and monitor app installs, user engagement, subscriptions, and revenue growth.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners and continuously explore current growth opportunities.

Requirements

- 2 - 3 years of experience in app sales, business development, user acquisition, performance marketing, partnerships, or digital marketing.
- Strong sales, negotiation, partnership-building, and business development skills.




- Experience in identifying opportunities and converting partnerships into measurable business results.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, target-oriented, and comfortable with a hands-on growth role.
- Experience with mobile app marketing/user acquisition is preferred.
- Familiarity with MMP tools such as Singular is an advantage.

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives based on experience and results. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
