Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to male reproductive health in the andrology laboratory.

- Analyze semen samples for various parameters including concentration, motility, and morphology.

- Assist in procedures such as sperm preparation for intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF).

- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.

- Document all laboratory findings and patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with urologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory workplace.





- Provide patient education and support regarding procedures and treatment plans.

- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and ensure timely procurement.

- Stay updated with advancements in andrology techniques and technologies to enhance lab operations.
