Role Description The Analytics & Consultation Specialist — Product Development & Client Solutions is a full-time remote role focused on delivering data-driven insights and strategic guidance to ViridiaAI’s clients and internal product teams. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, prepare analytics reports, and translate findings into explicit recommendations for AI solutions, digital products, and workflow optimization.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, validate features, and measure performance across AI-based tools and platforms. Daily activities include conducting client consultations, defining analytics requirements, building dashboards,



and supporting decision-making with quantitative and qualitative analysis. You will also help identify opportunities for process improvements, contribute to solution design, and ensure that analytics outputs are aligned with client goals and ViridiaAI’s strategic direction.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in Business Analytics, focusing on performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making for product and client-facing solutions.
- Hands-on proficiency in Data Analytics, including data cleansing, visualization, and using analytics tools or platforms to support recommendations.
- Background in Analytics and Statistics, with the ability to apply statistical methods to evaluate trends, experiments, and product performance.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products; experience working with cross-functional teams in technology or consulting environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI or similar), and comfort working with large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
