Role Description The Analytics & Consultation Specialist — Product Development & Client Solutions is a full-time remote role responsible for driving data-informed decisions across learning programs and AI-powered solutions. Day-to-day activities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from products, learner performance, and client engagements to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

The specialist collaborates closely with product, curriculum, and client success teams to design analytics frameworks, evaluate program effectiveness, and optimize user experience and outcomes.



This role involves preparing clear reports and dashboards, presenting findings to stakeholders, and contributing to the development of data-driven strategies for new offerings and custom client solutions. The specialist also supports consultative engagements with partners and organizations, helping them leverage analytics to enhance learning, performance, and business impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into practical insights.
- Candidates should possess Business Analytics and Data Analytics skills to evaluate program performance and inform product and client solutions.
- Candidates should possess core Analytics skills and familiarity with Statistics to design metrics, models, and evidence-based recommendations.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is beneficial.
- Experience working with product, consulting, or client solutions teams in tech or edtech environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative setting with a proactive, self-directed approach to problem-solving.
