Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Analytics Consultant - AI with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in the development and deployment of innovative AI solutions. This is an analytical and solution-oriented role requiring on-site presence at our Edappally, Kochi office. You will own the deployment and maintenance of enterprise-grade AI and Agentic AI applications end-to-end, translating complex business use cases into impactful data-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms from initial prototyping to production deployment.

- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, and monitor their effectiveness in live production environments.

- Partner closely with project managers, senior consultants, data scientists, and customers to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

- Work with large and complex datasets, performing data cleaning, feature engineering, and data pipeline development for model training.

- Act as a subject matter expert for the team in designing and recommending appropriate analytical approaches and methodologies.

- Integrate AI models and solutions into existing enterprise systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Tech/B.E.



in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (minimum 60% aggregate marks across academics).

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning Engineering, preferably with exposure to e-commerce, fashion, retail, or healthcare.

- Strong Python programming skills with extensive experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.

- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLM-based application development, REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask), Docker containerization, and Git.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platform environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
