Role Overview We are looking for an Analyst to join the Management Company Accounting (MCA) team based in Hyderabad. The team is responsible for financial reporting and statutory compliance for various group entities, along with other financial operations responsibilities.
The role involves management company financial reporting, month-close operations, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, technology-driven reporting and analysis, workflow improvement, and collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities File management company financial statements. Handle month-close operations. Prepare and manage other regulatory reports. Support the audit of global management entities. Drive technology projects focused on building tools for reporting and analysis.
Contribute to streamlining workflows and improving stakeholder experience. Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including: Financial Operations teams CFO COO Business Unit Heads Auditors Third-party service providers Deliver high-quality and time-bound outputs while working in an agile environment.
Required Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 0–2 years of relevant work experience. Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
Financial Reporting Management Accounting Consolidation Financial Planning & Analysis Treasury Management CA Inter and CA Final must have been cleared in the 1st attempt only.
CA Final marks: 330 or above (55% or higher). Articleship/current firm experience must be from a Big 6 firm.
