Role Overview:

nWe are seeking an engaging, hands-on HR Tech Application Support Analyst to lead day-to-day operations, release planning, and system enhancements for our Oracle Fusion HCM platform, with a primary focus on US and Canada Payroll . You will act as a key liaison between HR business owners and technical teams—troubleshooting issues, optimizing configurations, and driving continuous improvement.

nKey Responsibilities

- Day-to-Day Support &

• Troubleshooting:

Investigate and resolve functional setup, data, and technical issues across Oracle Fusion Payroll and HR modules. Coordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors (SR logging and escalation).

- System Configuration &

• Enhancement:

Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Configure applications, assess downstream impacts, and manage change migration.

- Data &

• Release Management:

Manage release updates, perform unit/integration testing, and ensure data governance for large data imports, extracts, and integrations.
n
- User Support &

• Training:

Assist with Tier 2/3 user inquiries and develop job aids, documentation, and communications.

nRequired Technical &

• Functional Expertise

- Oracle Payroll Expertise:



Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll processing, tax calculations, eligibility profiles, benefits integrations, and reporting tailored to US & Canada legislation .
n
- Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in SQL queries, OTBI reporting, BIP, Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loaders (HDLs), and BPM workflows.
n
- Integrations & Delivery: Solid background in business process analysis, requirement definition, solution design, and troubleshooting data file transfers and integrations.

nQualifications & Attributes

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or High School Diploma/GED + 4 years of relevant experience).
n
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR Technology support experience, including service delivery leadership and vendor management.
n
- Core Competencies: Collaborative problem-solver with robust organizational, project management, and data-driven analytical skills.
n
- Communication: Excellent ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical business partners and cross-functional leadership.

- Schedule: Core business hours with occasional flexibility required for emergencies or evening syncs with offshore team members.
