ABOUT GREENLAND

Greenland Investment Management is a Mumbai-headquartered global hedge fund manager with assets under management of over USD 1 billion. We run one of the ten largest dedicated commodity hedge funds in the world.

We specialise in cross-market arbitrage strategies across commodities and currencies, investing in 40+ markets worldwide. Our approach is purely quantitative. Proprietary big-data research systems help us build consistent, alpha-generating strategies, and a global network of exchange co-located servers and a low-latency trading platform lets us capture market inefficiencies algorithmically across asset classes.

THE CHANCE

Greenland operates entities across the US, UK, Singapore, Cayman Islands, Mauritius, Hong Kong, UAE and other jurisdictions. As an Associate in our Global Entity Management team, you will help run this international structure. You will learn how a global investment firm is built, governed and kept compliant across very different regulatory and tax regimes.

You will report directly to the AVP and work closely with senior leadership, global auditors, fund administrators, legal counsel and tax advisors.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Help oversee the operations of Greenland's entities across 8+ international jurisdictions
- Own regulatory filings and compliance calendars in each jurisdiction, so the firm stays in good standing with regulators worldwide




- Work on taxation matters across multiple regimes, including cross-border structuring considerations, with our tax advisors
- Support accounting, financial reporting and audit processes for our global entities
- Act as the central point of coordination with service providers such as Corporate Service Providers, auditors, legal counsel, corporate secretaries and tax consultants across time zones
- Find ways to streamline processes, strengthen governance and build scalable systems as the firm grows
- Prepare insights and updates for senior management on the health and compliance of the global entity structure

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- MBA (Finance preferred) from a premier institute, graduating in [2025/2026]
- Smart, hungry and genuinely curious about how global finance works beneath the surface
- Eager to master complex subjects
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple jurisdictions and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with global stakeholders
- Prior experience is not required. We value intellect, ownership and learning speed over years on a CV
- Bonus: Exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance or financial services through internships
