Senior / Lead Data Scientist :

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Lead Data Scientist with 8 - 12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, statistical modelling, and AI. The candidate will be responsible for solving complex business problems using data-driven approaches, developing scalable machine learning solutions, and providing technical leadership to data science initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data exploration to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning and statistical models for prediction, classification, recommendation, forecasting, optimization, and anomaly detection.
- Work with large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Design experiments, conduct hypothesis testing,



and evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical methodologies.
- Develop scalable ML solutions using Python and modern data science frameworks.
- Positive knowledge on Deep learning, NLP techniques where appropriate.
- Understand LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and fine-tuning techniques where applicable.
- Collaborate with data engineers and software engineers to build production-ready data and ML pipelines.
- Establish best practices around model validation, explainability, reproducibility, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists and provide technical guidance on modelling approaches and project execution.
- Translate business requirements into analytical problems and communicate complex technical concepts.
