Job Title

AM – Sales & Marketing (Corporate Sales)

II. JOB PURPOSE To demonstrate leadership skills in achieving Referral Revenue, Create referral network & Corporate Sales

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities –

- To achieve monthly and annual revenue targets of assigned accounts
- To devise monthly and yearly plans for activations such as CME, Health Talks, Health Camps, OPD etc.
- To activate accounts with currently low contribution
- To increase business from existing large corporate accounts
- To acquire and develop business from new corporate accounts
- To meet and maintain relationship with key stakeholders such as CMOs, Doctors, HR, Finance etc.
- Promote workplace health and wellness at corporate accounts
- Keep a track on receivables and ensure timely collection of outstanding
- Develop mechanism to increase patient footfall from Upcountry locations
- To explore opportunity for OPDs at corporate locations
- Maintain proactive engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify recent sales opportunities,



market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Monitor progress against weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate/ MBA (Sales & Marketing)/ Diploma in Marketing

Experience

More than 5-6 year’s relevant experience in healthcare
