Role Description The Alumni Relations Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between the college and its alumni community. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating alumni events, reunions, and networking activities, as well as managing alumni communications through email, social media, and other channels. The role involves supporting annual giving initiatives, maintaining and updating alumni databases, and collaborating with faculty and administrative teams to engage alumni in mentoring, guest lectures, and career support for current students.

Officer will also gather feedback from alumni,



prepare reports on engagement activities, and contribute to strategies that strengthen the college’s alumni network and reputation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Alumni Relations and Alumni Affairs to design engagement programs and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to manage outreach, correspondence, and public-facing messages.
- Candidates should possess skills in Annual Giving to support fundraising campaigns and alumni contribution initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Event Management skills to plan, organize, and execute alumni events and networking activities.
- Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Commerce, Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in alumni relations, donor relations, or institutional advancement in an educational setting is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, database management, and basic IT skills, including familiarity with CRM or alumni management systems.
