Assistant Manager – Collections

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the tele-calling team,



ensuring a smooth flow of work.
- Be responsible for collections and recovery of overdue payments from customers while

maximising overall profitability.
- Guide and drive the collection force to achieve the set targets for their respective locations.
- Make calls on high-risk delinquent accounts, settle accounts and resolve customer queries.
- Achieve targets from Risk X to written-off cases and reduce the delinquency rate of the

locations.
- Ensure all process parameters set by the company are adhered to and monitored.
- Hire new collection agents/executives for DPD buckets/locations as per requirements.
- Take regular reviews from all agents/collectors for the assigned pool.
- Manage the pre-EMI team making reminder calls to make customers aware of their payment

dates.
- Manage and follow up with the tele-calling agency for case resolution.
- Execute plans as per MIS reports on the number of cases and current portfolio size of

front-end cases, and strategise collections and recovery based on resolution trends, bucketing, etc.
