About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP + QM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The candidate should have strong functional expertise across Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, with good integration knowledge with other SAP modules.

Total Experience : 8-10 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP PP and QM modules in SAP S/4HANA.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Handle Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Orders and Capacity Planning.
- Work on Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, Inspection Lots and Quality Certificates.
- Configure and support QM master data and inspection processes.
- Work on integration between PP, QM, MM, SD and FI/CO.
- Support end-to-end production and quality processes.
- Participate in S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout and enhancement projects.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
- Coordinate with ABAP, integration and technical teams.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing,



UAT and defect resolution.
- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals and training materials.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Participate in workshops with business stakeholders and provide process recommendations.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP PP and SAP QM.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Good knowledge of MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers and Capacity Planning.
- Good knowledge of Quality Inspection, Inspection Plans, Inspection Lots and Quality Notifications.
- Robust integration knowledge between PP/QM and MM/SD/FI.
- Experience in implementation/support/rollout projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have :

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Fiori applications.
- Experience with S/4HANA MRP Live / MRP planning.
- Exposure to SAP migration or transformation projects.
- Experience in manufacturing industry processes.
- SAP certification is an advantage.
