The role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating and structuring alliance agreements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The Alliance

Head will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, risk, and operations teams to design joint value propositions, co-branded offerings, and integrated solutions for customers.

Daily activities include reviewing performance metrics of existing alliances, optimizing commercial terms, resolving operational issues, and preparing management reports and presentations.

The role also encompasses market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and continuous improvement of alliance frameworks to support long-term business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in strategic partnerships, business development,



or corporate alliances within banking, financial services, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior internal and external decision-makers.
- Proficiency in market analysis, financial modeling, and performance tracking to assess alliance effectiveness and profitability.
- Solid understanding of retail and corporate banking products, regulatory environment, and risk and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead team-oriented initiatives.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, decision-making, and strategic planning in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in alliance management, channel partnerships, or key account management in large organizations is highly beneficial.
