- Prior airline experience would be a crucial and highly preferred requirement (worked on Airline tools, like Amedus etc) Key Responsibilities:
- 100% Work from Office at client location in Gurugram office.
- 5 days working (Monday to Sunday) with weekend working as well on rotation basis.

- Experience of having worked in Customer Service Environment.
No freshers only experienced candidates.
- Good written Comm Skills, with good ability to comprehend emails effectively to understand customer issues.
- Understand the complainants perspective and nature of complaint to work across teams to get the same resolved in timely manner.
- Would require to work on multiple applications and work with different Client's Departments to work/facilitate all customer issue resolutions.
- Good Verbal skills to call customers if required to gather additional information and resolve customer issues.
- No transport facilities and candidate will have to travel on their own. There will be no additional cost reimbursements for any transport costs.
- Positions will directly report to Client Supervisor with parallel reporting to TCS Supervisor as well.
