nPosition Overview

nWe are looking for an RTA Operations skilled with experience in Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and/or Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The candidate should have hands-on experience in investor servicing, transaction processing, fund operations, and working on Wealth Spectrum or similar portfolio management software.

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage day-to-day Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) operations for Mutual Funds, AIFs, and PMS.
n
- Handle investor onboarding, account opening, and documentation verification.
n
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and other investor transactions.
n
- Maintain investor records, folios, and transaction-related documentation.
n
- Handle KYC, CKYC, KRA, FATCA/CRS, UBO, and AML documentation.
n
- Work on Wealth Spectrum software for investor, portfolio, transaction, and operational activities.
n
- Coordinate with fund managers, custodians, banks, RTAs, and internal teams.
n




- Perform fund and investor-level reconciliations, including bank and transaction reconciliations.
n
- Support NAV-related activities, fund accounting, and investor reporting, as applicable.
n
- Prepare MIS reports, transaction reports, and periodic regulatory or compliance-related reports.
n
- Ensure adherence to applicable SEBI regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures.
n
- Resolve investor queries and ensure timely completion of transactions and deliverables.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- Experience in RTA Operations, Mutual Fund Operations, AIF Operations, or PMS Operations.
n
- Hands-on experience with Wealth Spectrum or similar portfolio management software.
n
- Knowledge of investor onboarding, KYC, transaction processing, and reconciliation.
n
- Understanding of Mutual Funds, AIFs, and capital market operations.
n
- Familiarity with SEBI regulations and applicable compliance requirements.
n
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
n
