Mandatory Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in production AI/ML systems.
- Demonstrable production experience building RAG pipelines — not prototype or tutorial-level work, but systems handling real enterprise data under real operational constraints.
- Solid Python engineering skills: FastAPI or equivalent for service development, async patterns, testing, and packaging for production deployment.
- Experience with hybrid search or vector retrieval in production: Elasticsearch, Vespa, FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant, or equivalent.
- Hands-on data engineering experience: ETL/ELT pipeline design, Apache Spark or equivalent at scale, Apache Airflow or equivalent for orchestration, Kafka for event-driven integration.




- Solid SQL and PostgreSQL proficiency, including schema design, query optimisation, and audit log design.
- Working knowledge of enterprise integration, including REST APIs, SAP OData or BAPI, or equivalent ERP connectivity.
- Containerisation and Kubernetes fundamentals: Docker, Helm, deployment lifecycle management.
- amiliarity with open-source LLM tooling: LangChain, LangGraph, Ollama, HuggingFace ecosystem.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent demonstrated expertise through work history.
