Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site Air Ticketing Executive role based in Gurugram.
- The Air Ticketing Executive will handle day-to-day flight bookings, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds using global distribution systems and airline portals.
- The role involves managing reservations and itineraries for corporate clients, ensuring accuracy in fares, schedules, and policy compliance.
- The executive will respond to customer inquiries, provide timely updates on bookings and changes,



and coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Daily activities also include maintaining records, preparing travel reports, and supporting the sales and operations teams to deliver a smooth and efficient travel experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Ticket Sales and Sales to manage bookings and meet business targets.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client interactions professionally and effectively.
- Candidates should possess Reservations skills, including experience with airline booking systems or global distribution systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Relevant experience in air ticketing, travel operations, or corporate travel management is highly beneficial.
- Positive numerical and analytical abilities to interpret fares, taxes, and travel policies.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with travel technology platforms; knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
