AI Voice Agent & Automation Developer (Full Stack)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Voice Agent & Automation Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade voice agents and AI-powered automation workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full technology stack, integrating APIs, understanding business requirements, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

This role requires someone who can independently translate business problems into technical solutions while keeping scalability, reliability, and user experience in mind.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI Voice Agents using modern LLMs and speech technologies.
- Build conversational workflows for inbound and outbound voice interactions.
- Develop intelligent automation workflows integrating multiple third-party services.
- Integrate AI models with CRM, ERP, telephony systems, WhatsApp, email, and other enterprise applications.
- Build secure and scalable backend services and APIs.
- Develop frontend dashboards for monitoring conversations, analytics, and workflow management.
- Design and consume REST APIs, Webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into efficient technical architectures.
- Optimize AI prompts, latency, response quality, and operational costs.
- Ensure production readiness, monitoring, logging, and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

AI & Voice Technologies




- Hands-on experience building AI Voice Agents using platforms such as Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, ElevenLabs, LiveKit, Twilio, or similar.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, or other LLMs.
- Solid understanding of Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and conversational AI.
- Experience with prompt engineering, function calling, memory management, and RAG-based applications.

Automation

- Experience building automation using n8n, Make, Zapier, LangFlow, Flowise, or similar orchestration tools.
- Ability to integrate multiple SaaS platforms through APIs and Webhooks.
- Experience creating end-to-end business process automations.

Backend

- Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS/Express preferred).
- Experience with Python for AI integrations is a plus.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication, and microservices.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and vector databases.

Frontend

- Experience with React.js or Next.js.
- Good understanding of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
- Ability to build responsive admin dashboards and workflow management interfaces.

Cloud & DevOps
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

- 1+ year of hands-on experience building AI Voice Agents or conversational AI products.
- Experience working in startup environments with ownership of end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience integrating telephony providers, CRMs, payment gateways, and enterprise APIs.
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar is an advantage.

Nice to Have

- Experience with RAG architectures and vector search.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to AI evaluation, observability, and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of security best practices and scalable cloud architectures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
