Role: AI Trainer (Full time Remote)

About the Role

· We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals who want to build a long-term career in Artificial Intelligence as an AI Trainer.

· The best part? You don’t need to be an AI expert from day one.

· As an AI Trainer, you will first undergo comprehensive training on our AI curriculum. Once you develop confidence and proficiency in the concepts, you will conduct one-on-one / one-to-many online training sessions with students.

· By continuously teaching and applying AI concepts, you will strengthen your own expertise while helping students develop practical AI skills.

· This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn AI, develop teaching skills, and grow professionally while getting paid.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and successfully complete the organization’s AI training program.
- Develop a strong understanding of the assigned AI curriculum.
- Conduct engaging one-on-one / one-to-many online AI training sessions with students.
- Explain complex AI concepts in a simple, clear, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Teach students about AI tools, prompting techniques, and practical AI applications.
- Help students understand how AI models work and how AI generates responses.
- Guide students in applying AI concepts to practical use cases.
- Address students’ questions and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Create a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment.
- Continuously improve AI knowledge, communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistency while conducting sessions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Good understanding of AI fundamentals, beyond basic ChatGPT usage.
- Basic understanding of:
- How AI models work
- How AI generates responses
- Prompting fundamentals




- Basic AI concepts and reasoning
- Practical applications of AI tools
- Strong spoken and written English / Hindi communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in interacting with students one-on-one.
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously upgrade AI knowledge.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Availability to commit 8 hours per day.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-work setup.
