Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Test Architect with strong expertise in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM testing. The role involves defining test strategy, designing enterprise automation frameworks, and implementing AI-enabled testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define test strategy, automation architecture, and quality engineering roadmap.
- Design AI/GenAI solutions for test case generation, automation, regression, test data, and defect analysis.
- Architect UI, API, integration, data, and end-to-end automation frameworks.
- Define testing strategies for LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI applications.
- Validate AI accuracy, reliability, hallucinations, guardrails, and performance.
- Integrate automated testing with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
- Evaluate AI-powered testing tools and frameworks.
- Lead and mentor QA, SDET, and automation teams.




- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Business teams.

Required Skills
- 8+ years in Software Testing / Quality Engineering / Test Automation.
- 3+ years in Test Architecture or senior QA leadership.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted testing.
- Strong enterprise automation framework experience.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, or equivalent.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps.
- Robust communication and architectural skills.

Good to Have
- Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets experience.
- LLM, RAG, chatbot, or Agentic AI testing.
- LLM evaluation, prompt testing, guardrails, and AI response validation.
- AWS, Azure, or GCP experience.
- Performance and security testing experience.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
