About the Role A full-time role for freshers (0–1 years experience) who want to work as Forward-Deployed Engineers: owning business outcomes and feature adoption on a live client's product, not just closing tickets. You'll use Claude Code or Cursor as your core tool, work directly with senior engineers who review your code, and grow into owning larger chunks of one of our four product lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Own features end to end for a live client — from understanding the business requirement to shipping and tracking its adoption.
- Use AI-native coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as your default way of building and shipping.




- Work closely with the PM to understand why a feature exists, not just its spec.
- Submit code for review to senior engineers and QA before every production deployment.
- Take increasing ownership of a product line (portfolio, vault, streams, or rips) as you grow in the role.
- Contribute to internal playbooks on using AI coding tools effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

- 0–1 years of professional experience (freshers welcome); a completed degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid, demonstrable hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools.
- Solid fundamentals in at least one modern stack (TypeScript/React/Node, Python, or similar).
- High aptitude for understanding business context and translating it into working software.
- Hunger to grow quickly — comfortable with high ownership and fast feedback loops.
- Strong written communication for a remote, cross-functional team.

Nice to Have

- Personal projects or freelance work built with AI coding tools.
- Exposure to marketplaces, fintech, or consumer apps.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD.
