Role Summary

- Lead enterprise AI and digital media transformation initiatives leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver cutting-edge solutions across marketing, advertising, audience engagement, content intelligence, and revenue optimization.

Key Outcomes (First 6-12 Months)

- Define and execute AI and digital media technology roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.

- Deliver GCP-based AI solutions that enhance audience engagement, advertising effectiveness, and content monetization.

- Build and lead high-performing AI and cloud engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Own the lifecycle of AI-powered digital media products from ideation through production.

- Design AI solutions for audience segmentation, personalization, content intelligence, and campaign optimization.





- Architect and deploy GenAI solutions using Vertex AI, Agent Builder, Gemini, and multi-agent frameworks.

- Lead Agile delivery teams and establish MLOps and LLMOps practices.

Technical Skills

- Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, GKE, Looker

- Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Recommendation Systems

- Digital Media, AdTech, MarTech, Audience Analytics

- Python, CI/CD, Cloud Architecture, Governance

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

- 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML, Digital Media Technology, Data Platforms, or Cloud Solutions.

- Google Cloud certifications preferred.
